The "Participatory Bicycle Master Plan," the output of our "LÜLEBURGAZ IS RIDING BICYCLES" project, which we have been carrying out since 2018 with the support of the Creative Industries Fund NL (Netherlands), has been published. Serving as an exemplary design guidebook, this document evaluates all elements aimed at improving urban development and includes methods to unlock the maximum potential of bicycle use. The Participatory Bicycle Master Plan is intended to act as a catalyst for society, aiming for a transformation toward a more sustainable, healthy, participatory, and democratic urban development.

Promoting smart and sustainable mobility and including a bike-sharing pilot, the project was implemented in cooperation with a consortium consisting of Sustainable Solutions (Netherlands), Artgineering (Belgium), and NOVUSENS Smart Cities Institute (Turkey). The Participatory Bicycle Master Plan aims to set an example for all mid-sized cities in Turkey.
