While today's rapidly emerging technological advancements are changing our lives in unprecedented ways, they also have an undeniable impact on national economies. Adapting to a digital economy that is unpredictably transforming, becoming more complex, and proving difficult to steer—while also maintaining a competitive edge and generating sustainable positive outcomes—is becoming increasingly challenging. Although Turkey transitioned into an upper-middle-income country in a very short period, it clearly faces certain obstacles to climbing into the high-income group. In this report prepared for TTGV, a model proposal and a roadmap have been developed in light of global examples to foster an environment that will facilitate and accelerate digital transformation in our country.
