KICKED OFF 1st XNOVATE EVENT WITH “INNOVATION LEADERSHIP” THEME on 12th of OCTOBER, 2018!
The first TTGV Xnovate Hands-On event with “Innovation Leadership” theme was kicked of on 12th of October, 2018 at Kanyon Joint Idea in Istanbul under the execution of Novusens. Xnovate program is serving environments and tools in which new ideas and approaches are discussed through a community that is learning jointly with all the innovators in all types of organizations at every scale. Program identifies important innovation challenges by collecting them from the field, develops solutions for them, tests them and prototypes the solutions and scales them up to create more impact.
The innovation experts of government organizations, private industry companies, universities, SMEs and startups attended the event. The concept of “Innovation Leadership” was emphasized and the traits of “Innovation Leaders” was discussed interactively and new ideas were collected about the traits of “Innovation Leaders” through the ideation study. In the second half of the event, group discussions were held to to develop the selected traits of the “Innovation Leaders”. The groups presented their findings at the end of the event.
Second Xnovate Hands-On event will be organized with “Team Building in Innovation” theme on 7th of December, 2018 at the same venue.
